Keep Your Boundless Build Sheet
A Build sheet, aka BAT Build sheet, is a document we write up and put on every computer system before it leaves our facility. PLEASE DO NOT trash/recycle this document, it is needed for a multitude of different reasons throughout the life of your machine. It has a lot of pertinent information that can help us assist you with more detail in a quick manner.
As of mid -February 2020, have started adding the computer specs to the build sheets, which could be helpful when looking for future upgrades. This sheet also holds information such as your software codes and serial numbers and includes your Sales Order number and which VA the system is from. If at any point we need to connect to you remotely, we may start by asking for your SO (sales order) number, which is on that build sheet.
Build sheets are placed in two locations. In the Boundless AT Icon (BAT folder) in the upper left corner of your screen and as a shortcut on your desktop (the icon looks like a white sheet of paper). If you do not want it displayed on your desktop, you can simply move the icon to the recycle bin. Do NOT move the original document in the BAT Folder in to the recycle bin, it will remove both copies and can not be reversed once the recycle is emptied.
If you have any further questions about moving this document, please call someone on the support team and they can assist you further.
